cannot download

Hi,
I picked up "Double anal teen creampies" scene 5 on new sineplex site last week for a download.
I was charged on my credit card two times but says that I have 0 minutes PPM and my download area is still staying with nope. However my bank signalizes the credit transfert was made.

Old problems of download area are solved,
Message for new users: If you have any troubles with "undownloadable" purchases - please, send your requests to site's support e-mail - it allows to solve problem in 1-2 days.
