You will be charged to view all the videos BTS TRAILERS and CASTINGS -10 EURO and will be credited to your account every month. When you find a video you like if its 5 euro of PPM or 8 euro download to own- then you use this and not pay again. This is just to keep things FREE and no cost to you. We hope you appreciate our effort in bringing you really cool ideas and unique programs that benefit all of us. Also there is a policy every 30 days use it or lose it!

I don't understand the announcement but I hope you fix the website so people can PAY you money to DOWNLOAD or WATCH movies. If you go SMS-only and shut out credit card customers because you're worried about a small percentage of chargebacks, you are going to go out of business. 95 out of 100 people will only want to pay with CC and will not consider SMS. If you accept CC's but chargebacks average 1-5% per month, you still have 20x more profits than SMS-only.

Let's say 100 people pay $30 per month with SMS payment. That's $3000. That's nothing. 20x more customers paying by CC = $60,000/month minus processing fees and chargebacks. Do you REALLY want to give away 90% of your profits just to avoid 5% in chargebacks? If you enable direct-downloads and don't screw around with DRM, now you have 40x more customers at least. Ask John Thompson of GermanGooGirls.com - his profits went up 300% after removing DRM.

It's taking years for you people to grasp basic online business. Too much time was wasted on things like flash animations when the site's basic functions don't even work. I wouldn't care if the site was text-only as long as there were download links for the movies. Stop redesigning the site, just get the content up.

We have credit cards in our hands, ready to pay for the content.

Guys your not reading everything correctly:

1. right now sms billing for 40 countries being added
2. credit card still works- but not on new scenes until next week sometime- but old scenes are ok
3. we are adding paycom or ccbill or some other 3rd party billing also
4. pay by phone will be last

so please dont interpret things wrong and start posting what we should and should not do- we know what to do, and everything we have done must be done right to only concentrate on producing the best content out there, period

1. above all sms payment there is also in text click here to pay by Credit Card
2. Also there is some strange bug happens intermittently 300: Player initialization failed: TypeError: Error #1009 when you press watch now this appears and video does not play. You need to go back and then press play again usually starts after. I told them so they are trying to fix this.
3. Play from NEW SCENEs- you get VGA size because SMS billing works like this
4. PLay from the movie section you can switch to HD- there is also a bug on play list it seems to ask for download then you download an flv that says error in playing- again just refresh or go back and enter the watch now from movie to get all the play list of the movie- same stupid bug

don't get me wrong, but there aint no fresh scenes by now.. so there is a high probability that cc will work when the new releases are available. i even guess that the payment procedure is one of the smallest issues at stake now. it was a big leap if sineplex released something fresh at all.

I am waiting for new scenes for long time and thats what all i am waiting for!
Bring your new scenes up to download for everyone and stop all the other bullshit thats the main point !
So i am sure i am speaking for many people here, they want to have a simple download system, to make sure to get their files downloaded easily to burn them on DVD.
If Thats not possible you should better stop every advertise of Sineplex movies.
Doesn't matter how good the stuff will be !!!

FIXING THIS BUG- its because of the SMS system. Will be worked out ASAP- i will post when its been tested, for now there should be no charges going thru- i believe its canceled and will not be settled.

By the way, I was trying to purchase new scene at the relaunch of the website (february), I can tell the customer service from GTFlix is very good, when somethings goes wrong, they reply you within half a day, they are very nice and very efficient :cool::o

On this subject I can tell this is a very very good point for the company!

Customers, you can buy without fear, everything is honnest here and they do all you can DL what you paid
