I may be am naive but I don't think will be so bad in the long run. This was political stunt by district attorney even if he is convicted I think very much that appeals court will overturn in short order. I do wish him the very best and good luck.

I am more concerned about this now than when it was first mentioned. I read what he is doing and he seems to be focusing on making a spectacle of himself than trying to attack this on a constitutional/legal basis. He is playing a very dangerous game that, to me, seems stupid. I hope that when he was looking for council he had clearer objectives. :(
