My bank told me theres NO MONEY credited after refund from sineplex

Porncream u and Dan K told me on wednesday 16 november that the refund process was succesfull.I contact my bank and they said that no money has been credited so far.Also they told me that they usually see the money the next day at most and that you have to immediately take care of the matter cause it's very suspicious for the procedure not to have taken place so far.So my question is: Do you refund me or not??If not do it now cause it will get very messy and it doesn't have to be that way.I hope i've been clear

interesting - the refund was made, i told you and i know if Dan says it was it was done.

why dont you do this call your bank tell them its fraud since your so impatient maybe it will be instant and then your bank will charge you a fee for having them make a reversal when it was not fraud and you were infact refunded, on saturday-- wow what an impatient guy.

I called my bank again few minutes ago...they said maybe your bank takes too long to deal with the transaction and they asked me to ask you which bank is this so that they can verify with your bank where exactly the transaction stuck.I'm not impatient.I've been patient enough i believe with everything.So i ask u kindly in a personal message to give me the information of your bank.In any other case they said i can dispute the charge of the amount of money from you which put YOU in a confontation with my bank after the dispute.And again porncream it is my right to make all these questions and is your job to be kind with me and provide the right services.Also they asked if it's an envelope transaction which in a way justifies the delay(which i doubt).

hey guys please read the terms they give you- when you sign up you have the right to cancel the next 2 min and no charges but if you dont cancel its not our fault.


dingomanio did not read his terms which is ok- even he speaks writes perfect english.

please its not so nice to be wrong about being responsible for your agreements. but sineplex anyway is solid and the dont bother with guys that are not responsible with their agreements. they make the best content in the world and no need to rip anyone off! you can pay 3 euro per scene not 15.99 but need to DO THE MATH!!!

anyway he has some shitty bank -- and to top it all off in greece-- so dont blame us for stealing your money :(

i hope they block you-- i always relayed your message and every time they told me it was done, and of course you came back and said its BS and so i told them come on- and again i was told the same thing -- then again you went crazy and got pissed and again i went to them - and now i got screamed at for not blocking your account!

you dont know how banks or refunds work - especially out of greece which i dont think many banks are doing good biz there reading cnn - its not nice

there is no such thing as instand refund like usa--- the bank they use is american and uk-- and they told admin that its not them.

i am now suppose to block stupid guys that first time buying and dont read the terms when they buy. its not our problem and not mine to deal with -- i will have to delete your thread after admin tells me we are correct. sineplex will never steal anyones money-- thats why they dont do memberships!! DONT YOU SEE??? the never made something to fuck anyone- always you are ahead! anyway this has been an issue thats closed -- hopefully no more issues

Porncream first of all the money finally been credited.And it's not the fault of the <<GREEK>> bank but the way in which the banks cooperate or the way you cooperate with your own bank.If something works in greece is the banks.No i'm not buying for the first time in the internet.I was feeling helpless trying to figure out why is taking so long since usually takes 1-2 days.I didn't said that u didn't refund me i asked why is taking so long and with which bank you are connected.It's natural to get suspicious.I had no intention to make bad comments about sineplex on other boards nor i did any.All i wanted was to get noticed.Now i know that i can trust sineplex.I'm sorry pissed you off.I owe you an apology.Nevertheless you have to improve on a lot of things.Anyway...i appreciate your help porncream.Delete the thread please
