I don't know how I can be so obtuse. I see other people can buy and download a movie and watch it and yet still I can not get any of the 5 movies I have bought to collect the licenses they need to play. All have "license ok" green flag in download menu, I download and they do not work. All say "License is not valid or missing." I have been through the WMP guides in microsoft support three times now. As far as I can tell everything on my end is just fine. To be sure I went and grabbed another DRM file just to test and it worked just fine. What do I need to do? I email support@gtflix.com and they said nothing, response was barely even topical.
