the scene does not appear in dowload section

Hi I pay for dowload of pmao 2 scene 5.I received an email whit confirm of transaction but the scene dos not appear in dowload section.Can you help me?Thanks.

I did an error in last post. the scene that i pay and that does not appear is not the 5 but the 1 whit benta and alexa.i hope this problem will solve quickly.thanks

5 days is past and i don t receive answer.Obviously i send an email the same day i post in this forum.And i think needs only a minute of attenction to solve this problem.Is the first time i have problems like this in a site,after i pay.Other members says licence don t downloads and problems not solved in two weeks.Who designed and manages this site?MIckey Mouse?
