video wont play

I recently purchased a scene and downloaded it. When i go to play the video it says a component of windows media player needs to be updated. I have the most recent version but i click ok anyway. Then it always says failed to update.

Hello, got exactly the same problem.
I'm on windows 7 64bits premium (genuine, up to date) with the last media player.
